These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eSIMply LTD ("eSIMply", "we", "our", "us") website, mobile applications, and related digital eSIM services (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, activating, or using any eSIMply eSIM product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service Description

eSIMply provides digital eSIM reselling services, enabling travellers to access mobile data at competitive rates in 200+ countries without needing a physical SIM card.

2. Registration

To purchase and use our Services you must create an account, provide accurate and up‑to‑date information, and keep your credentials secure. Your use of the Services signifies acceptance of these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies we publish.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are only available if an eSIM cannot be activated or used due to a proven technical fault originating from eSIMply.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Device incompatibility (customers must verify compatibility before purchase).
  • Incorrect country selection.
  • Change‑of‑mind requests once the QR code / activation information has been issued.

An eSIM's validity period begins when the first data session is initiated in a supported country.

4. Cancellation Policy

eSIM purchases are final and non‑cancellable once checkout is complete. Please review your order carefully before payment.

5. Activation & Usage

  • Ensure your device supports eSIM and is network‑unlocked. Dial *#06# and confirm an EID is displayed.
  • Activation must be completed via the eSIMply app or website. The eSIM appears in your account immediately after purchase.
  • If activation fails due to an eSIMply technical fault, contact us within 48 hours for assistance or a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other content are the property of eSIMply LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMply LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).
  • Device incompatibility or failures caused by third‑party networks or payment providers.
  • Service interruptions resulting from maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you paid to eSIMply in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Remaining data balances are forfeited.
  • No refunds are issued for unused portions of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms & Services

We may update these Terms or the Services at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website or in the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Force Majeure

eSIMply is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, governmental actions, or strikes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and eSIMply submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, after first attempting to resolve any dispute amicably.

12. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
  • Confirm device compatibility before purchasing an eSIM.
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. Security of Payment Information

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We employ SSL encryption and industry‑standard security measures to protect your data.

14. Data Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are detailed in the Privacy Policy, available on our website.
